Hobbies!

Hi followers !
Today I am going to tell you about the things that I like to do most: my hobbies. I can imagine we have a lot of these things in common, but also we never finish to know each other. I think it is so necesary to the life keeping busy in something else than the studies. I could not live if I didn't it. Into my favourite hobbies are the sports and arts because I think that your soul is who asks you keeping a balance between your body, mind and that crazy part that nobody knows. I started training basketball and athletics, but I early realized I really wanted to practice football, so that is what I do at these days and I like a lot: both in watching it as in do it. I play it us much as possible I can: in my school, the U, with my friends, footbal academy. The sad part of the history is that before, I felt so much free and good than now, but it's ok. By the other hand I have drawing, when I was a child I used to do it more frequently, then I stoped to do it around four years and I lost much of my capability, but now I am doing it and I come back to feel what I feel before. Also it is playing the guitar , watching movies (but the real cinema)and acting, sorry, but I stop to do it as before, one reason is time and the other is that my personality has changed dramatically when I gone a teenager, maybe I left to dream a little and this is what has decrease my creativity, but that doesn't mean I gave up liking it.Of course I have known so much people in these activities and these are one of the most beautiful things because you know there is people like you and sometimes so much special , people that inspires you. Finally I can say: the hobbies do who you are, you never stop to practice because, these keep you in harmony, they complete you, with everything this includes. It's not necesary having a talent or an motor hability, you just need the feeling.

Holidays!

OK.
Today I am going to tell you about something much more light, like vacations. :DWhen you say holidays, I undertand summer and when I say summer I understand beach.
I am from the fourth region so the place that I have visited most in my life are the beach of there, specially Tongoy and Guanaqueros. Those are the places where I have the mostly of my memories when I was a child. Everytime year in february, all my paternal family and me went to Tongoy, where I could see my cousins of Santiago and we spent a great time. I just can remember good moments of creativity, laziness and actually, those are the first times when I went to the bed late.Sometimes, after of Tongoy, only my parents, my sister, my brother and me were to any other place like Viña del Mar and once we went to the north, passing by Iquique, Arica and reaching Tacna. Now, how I am a little older I go to the beach with my friends. We rent a hut in Guanaqueros, reaching to be twelve of us. So you can imagine how we spent that time: Getting up late, going to the beach in the afternoons and going out at the nights to bonfires and pubs. Those were excess of misbehave moments.I hope for the next summer to spend a lot of time with my family in the beach because those are the thing that I miss them, how i am not with them this year. Of course I want to stay with my friends to, because we are spread throughout the country and that is the moment to see us all of us, apart from september.Sadly, into my plans, also is to work. I have to save a lot of money for my giant travel that I want to do to Europe. That is the dream that I have wanted to make true all my life where I am planig to know different people, to learn another language or practice my english and basicly to live new experiences that changes me. I don not know yet, who I am going to go with, but I am not desperate. I have a good amount of money, but it is not enough yet.I hope my summer brings me a lot of surprises forever, but also, that it does not brush aside my favorite traditions.

Ankle sprain What treatments work?

The Ancle is the most important segment of our body.
Why? Because it support the rest of your whole body, so it is so important that you can repare it, as soon as possible you can.
Here are some really effective treatments and some wish you will lose your time.
The first, always are the RICE (don't forget this acronyn). This is Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation.
Rest of course, because when you just get the injury, it is not good give it more tenssion.
You shouldn't move it a lot if hurts to much, but just when the pain has decrease, it is better you move a little bit more each day.
The ice will help to get down the swelling, but not to cure the real problem.
If the ligaments ankle are torn, you have to support it and this is better with a elastic bandage that with a plaster or a tape, the plaster can cause you trombosis and the tape an allergic reaction.
Surgery: Do it just in case the pain and the activity of your ankle is really bad later of a months.
Physiotherapy: This includes heat, ultrasound and axercises. We are agree that exercises are best part. This helps to make stronger your muscles and increase your flexiblity to prevent futures lessons and also if these are balance exercise how to standing in one leg, the recovery will be much better. Ask to your phisycal therepist when you can start to do it.
A treatment that doesn't really work are the ultrasound.
Remember, the movement is always better!

What to do / where to go in Santiago

When people come here can find it like a very boring place, but it's not like this.Although you don not believe it Santiago has natural places and art districts.Starting from the orient, remember we have one of the biggest mountain ranges of the world, so you must to visit the Valle Nevado, the biggest winter center of Southamerica, and it is situated at 46 km from Santiago and with 107 km of trails you can make activities such ski, snowboard, heli-ski, ala delta and helisurf. Go enjoy exciting feelings beside of a excelent service. In the center of the city, it's impossible that you can't see the great San Cristobal hill forming the ''Parque metropolitano'' and taking their feet the ''Barrio Bellavista''.The hill is located between Recoleta and Providencia and within it is the Zoologico Nacional and ''Santuario de la santísima Concepción'' in the peak, of course you don't have to climb to the top walking, for it are the railsways and the cable cars watching all the city. If you take down, you will see beautiful and colourful bohemian districts such us Barrio Bellavista where you cannot pass by without get in in its restaurants, pubs and discos and the historic place like the Museum-House ''La Chascona'', the extraordinary house of the great poet,Pablo Neruda. Also there are the Parque Forestal and Barrio Lastarria. Here you will see charming coffees, museums (Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes and Museo de Arte contemporáneo) art in its walls, everywhere! just like the europeans ones. So you can take a walk enjoying the quietness and forgetting the pollutions and noise, feeling you free in a crazy night. Finally you are free to get out of the city and go to visit the natural areas. The Natural monument, Cajón del Maipo offers you an imponent conserved space where you can forget of the rest of the world, going to spas and special programmes of stress reduction wich includes walks, treking, rafting, etc and besides you can do wine tours such Valle de colchagua and Concha y Toro where you will can find out how here the best wines are done.

Transantiago, before and after

When I heard about Transantiago and how this was going to work, I thought inmediately in a bad idea. The bigger size of the buses made me think in a slower frequency, and it was like this at the beggining.
Also I found ridiculous having to take almost always the metro.
Well, such I was thought it was so.
But later, much later the things Started to change and bit by bit, it made better.
As I see: for some people Transantiago is better and others were injured.
I know the yellow buses were more direct, and al though you maybe delayed more, you didn’t have to worry about doing many changes and like this you were quiter during the travel.
Now there are shorter tours and larger too. The shorter ones are master, because there are in your zone.
How I am not from Santiago, I did not use it so much at the beggining and I can not compare with the pre system or with the beggining of this, but I can compare with different destinations: For example if I have to g oto the university from my house it is so exhausting because I have to mix and most of the times to run for arriving early, so it is a little stressful. and If a have to go to Providencia the travel is the best: I take it almost empty, I go seated and is direct and fast.
But I have to say that many things have improved, such as, now the busiest bus stops are faster.
What I do is put a master road in the L1 as those of the green and blue ones, because that line is so collapsed and it have to many stops.
That is all.

A country I would like to visit

I am going to talk about one of my favourite places in the world. First of all, the countries that I like most are the European ones and within them are Italy France and England. Why? Because they preserve much of the romanticism, the art and the traditions of the past ages, but always are ahead of the rest of the planet. So I am confused about what of these I would choice. On the one hand I like the language and the landscape of Italy, but the art that is in the air of France kills me and maybe both are better than England… so my choice will be Italy because I think the people is more gentle and I am thinking in this country for staying a long time and maybe I would visit France between times.

I know a little the language because I listened before a lot of Italian music and I learned to talk a little. I know, also, about its exquisite feed and its perfect clime; The sun, the music, warm people, the fruit, its colours and mixing a classic world with the best of fashion, not forgetting waking up every day with a smile in your face in a romantic country where everything could happen. Those are all things you can smell in a picture.I would like go to the beach and know the classic architecture and art walking along its stone streets.I would love work and live there of course, but maybe for my career is a little difficult so I would travel to there for a short time, maybe to learn the language and I would see how it is, to come back later. What else I could say? Who does not like to live there?

My summary of previous experience

Well, I am going to talk about my experience during the first semester. Obviously when you think about the first time in the college, you think that the life is going to change. And it is like this most of the time, specially for me because I am not from here like the rest of my classmates.
I Knew that the level of work was going to be totally different of the school, overcoat because we have the new course handbook. So we had many courses in a little time, like chemistry, biology, anatomy, etc and now we are studying the same one of the second grade.
At the beggining was diffucult for me, because I was so far from my family and the most of my friends and i had to learn to cook by myself and organice my time so well.
But not everything was so bad. I take the CFG of theater, an experience that I wanted to live from all my life and I entered to soccer team of my faculty too, that, by the way, we finished at the top in the first phase of the championship so I spent a great time and met a los ot people.
And that is all more or less.
